About
EA Group
EA Group's journey began in 2016, rooted in a family business tradition and driven by a clear vision to build a diversified, professionally governed holding company.
The Group's origins trace back to ScreenMedia, founded and developed by Elmedin Ademi, and to Eurovia, a family-owned construction business that was entrusted to Elmedin's management. In 2016, Elmedin Ademi assumed full executive responsibility and articulated a long-term vision to transform these foundations into a structured holding platform focused on growth, diversification and sustainability.
From the outset, the strategic focus was on construction and infrastructure, while simultaneously laying the groundwork for diversification and effective risk management. Although the holding structure was formally established later, the holding logic had already been applied in practice for several years, allowing the Group to grow organically and with discipline.
In 2020, Eldin Ademi joined the Group as co-founder, strengthening the ownership structure and reinforcing the founder-led and family-driven character of EA Group.
Today, Elmedin Ademi serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer, leading the Group's strategic direction, capital allocation and long-term development agenda.
Since 2016, EA Group has expanded beyond a single operating company into a diversified group with investments and operating platforms across infrastructure, development, energy, distribution, agribusiness, media and digital infrastructure.
This expansion has been driven by:
- Strategic diversification
- Active risk management
- Long-term ownership of real assets
- Disciplined capital allocation and control
Growth has never been pursued for its own sake. EA Group follows a selective and structured approach, focusing on sectors where it can maintain ownership, control and long-term value creation.
EA Group is a founder-led and family-driven group in practice, with ownership formally held by its founders. The Group operates without external equity shareholders, preserving strategic independence and long-term decision-making capability.
Clear principles guide all activities:
- The Group does not engage in any business activities prohibited by law or inconsistent with regulatory and ethical standards.
- It avoids speculative, opaque or short-term driven business models, regardless of potential returns.
- Capital is deployed only where ownership, control and risk exposure are clearly defined.
EA Group maintains a conservative approach to leverage and governance, while deliberately accepting calculated risk in development and energy investments, where long-term value is supported by tangible assets.
EA Group is built with a long-term horizon and a clear ambition for sustainable growth.
Over the next 5–10 years, the Group aims to:
- Expand regionally across selected markets
- Consolidate and strengthen its asset base
- Selectively partner with strategic and capital partners
- Prepare the Group for potential capital markets access, including a future listing
Growth will remain disciplined, asset-backed and aligned with the Group's founding principles.
